Nadège’s story
Maman Sereine is more than a service-based company.
It is also the reflection of a journey shaped by resilience, perseverance, and deep human commitment.
Founded byNadège Alonso, Maman Sereine is rooted in lived experience. After leaving Burkina Faso and immigrating to Canada in 2009, Nadège began building her life without immediate reference points, without a family network, and with the uncertainty that accompanies any new beginning. She pursued her studies, started a family, and, like many parents, came face to face with the realities of daily life: physical and emotional fatigue, isolation, and the constant challenge of balancing family responsibilities with personal well-being.
From this experience emerged a strong conviction: families deserve to be supported with care, reliability, and understanding.
It is this belief that gave rise to Maman Sereine — a company dedicated to supporting families in their everyday lives through thoughtful, human-centered services tailored to real needs.

Having personally navigated the immigration process, Nadège understands its complexity and the stress it can entail.
